As a resident of Santa Barbara for the past two decades, Samantha has worked in a variety of industries in the real estate field. Prior to the past four years in real estate, she worked in the banking and lending industry for 14 years, giving her the background and training to understand the financial aspects of buying and selling a home, as well as understanding the vacation rental market. Her expertise and enjoyment lies in researching and locating ideal vacation homes to offer visitors to our wonderful city.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business from California State University, Fresno. She is currently a member of several business and community organizations. Samantha maintains a residence in Santa Barbara with her two lovely daughters.

Samantha Ireland, Portfolio Manager has given the Vacation Rental department leadership since 2007. Samantha has been established in Santa Barbara for 25 years, and her appreciation of Santa Barbara's unique ambiance combined with her banking and real estate sales background have made her a tremendous asset to the LYNX team.
