Located on one of the most desirable beaches in Montecito, this location and home has everything to offer. This is the quintessential "beach house" for family vacations. You will want to come back every year!
The newly remodeled kitchen is complete with granite countertops and Miele appliances including a dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, oven and double door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and equipment from Williams Sonoma. Outside there is a Weber gas BBQ on the balcony.
