Having joined the team in 2009, Kristin has contributed greatly to the bookkeeping team. She approaches everything with a buoyant can-do attitude that lets tenants and owners know we care about them. Kristin also enjoys frequenting The Farmers Market both as a customer and as a vendor selling organically grown fruits and vegetables. She and husband Eric have enjoyed calling Santa Barbara home for the past 10 years.

KRISTIN CHUANG

Kristin Chuang, Bookkeeper, brings a wonderful personality and productivity to the LYNX team. After moving to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB, Kristin fell in love with the simple yet elegant Spanish style architecture enhanced by the gorgeous sunny days and spectacular sunsets. With a degree in mathematics, she was naturally drawn to a career in bookkeeping, and the friendly, family oriented atmosphere at LYNX allowed Kristin to feel right at home.
